About Us
how it all began
Back in 2008, Kitty was working in a very busy environment as an Administrative Assistant to a very busy Executive. She started a small herb garden that quickly became her quiet place. She found that she had a green thumb when it came to growing finicky herbs.

Mike has been designing furniture since 1985. When the original business sold, he found himself going overseas to design and oversee the manufacture of his furniture. As Kitty expanded her herb garden and brought in the bounty, Mike decided to invest in dehydrators to dry the herbs for future use.
sandel herb garden was formed
For years, Mike worked on his blends until he was very satisfied with them. Over those years, numerous baskets were delivered to friends at Christmas, asking them to experiment with our blends and salts and give us feedback. It was all favorable! More and more, requests to purchase our product were coming in. And here we are, 13 years later, offering our product for purchase. We do hope you enjoy!
